Have any comments for OMKF? Do you have a story idea to share? Do you have a favorite charecter you'd like to see more of or a person you'd like to see killed-off? Post it here and get the conversation started.

You need a shirt/item with Jacob on it that says: "For the last time, I am NOT a ninja!"

And more Jacob in general. Who's with me?!

Ask and you shall receive. I did some rethinking in the store and came out with a few new products (as well as removing a few old ones.) As for all you Jacob The Ninja fans, he will be making a reappearance soon enough.

I'm a huge fan of the patterned background in the current comic. While I recognize the expressiveness of the primary-color backgrounds, they seem to flatten out the images a little -- they don't give as much depth or contrast, and the characters, resultingly, don't seem to pop. With the photo-backgrounds, and this new compromise, a patterned wall-paper, the characters really pop off the page. I like it. :D

Shepard, I appreciate the specificity of your feedback. Even though I've been doing design for years, I havent done any serious comic work. This medium is among the most challenging as well as most rewarding that I've worked with. I've done about 25 OMKF comics so far and I'm still experimenting with each new strip.

I've been employing the flat color backgrounds to focus the readers attention on the charecters. However, appon reviewing some of the old strips, I agree the ones with some kind of background come across better.

I wil definatley take these comments to heart and try and intergate it in my future strips.

A question- is the latest comic pro-Kerry or anti-Kerry? I'm sorry, I'm an idiot.

I believe it could be read either way. A) Kerry is desperate and needs to do something crazy like this; or (B) Kerry is awesome and failing to vote for him is equal to bringing a biblical curse upon the land.

But I suspect that it's pro-Kerry, since it'd be pretty damn cool if someone would threaten to eat babies.

It's pro-kerry. If Bush wins, El Scorcho will eat your babies. Also, we will have the most radically conservative supreme court since... ever. Kind of worse then baby eating, in some ways...

I completely agree but I may be biased, I don't much like babies

Possibly one of the funniest webcomics I've read in ages.

Miles better than White Ninja - every strip makes me laugh, especially Kerry and Karl. Just looking at her psychotic eyes makes me chuckle.

The latest storyline fills my heart with glee. I really have to check with Karl to see if that "making out with undead Orson Wells" thing is based on a real-life incident.

Because, hey, it's Karl. You never know.

I show it to people and they think I'm cool by association.

I like it because, when I introduce people to it, they think I'm cool by comparison. No... wait... that's when I introduce people to Alli. Nevermind.
